This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls from clients concerning defined benefit pension and retirement plans.
• Provide assistance to callers regarding pension eligibility, benefit calculations, retirement estimates, and payment options.
• Review and clarify necessary documentation and outline next steps.
• Investigate customer inquiries and deliver precise information based on established protocols.
• Utilize multiple systems while aiding customers and recording interactions.
• Accurately process transactions and requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and customer-centric approach in every interaction.
• Achieve designated productivity, quality, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Prior experience in customer service and call center operations.
• Experience in a high-volume call center setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with defined benefit pension plans and/or retirement programs is advantageous.
• Understanding of retirement eligibility, benefit calculations, and pension-related inquiries.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to adhere to established guidelines and accurately process transactions.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and tools efficiently.
• Ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Capability to work independently and maintain productivity.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass necessary background checks and/or drug screenings.
• Must successfully complete an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.
• Must connect via an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality.
• Must commit to the Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM production schedule post-training.
