This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding benefit plans, costs, provider choices, and enrollment decisions.

• Assist members in comparing plan options during open enrollment, life events, new hire enrollment periods, and changes in coverage.

• Investigate complex benefit-related issues, identify solutions, and provide support to members.

• Manage unresolved issues until completion and offer proactive updates to members.

• Provide assistance with inquiries related to medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, COBRA, Medicare, FSA/HSA, and other benefits.

• Ensure excellent member experiences while adhering to performance, quality, and productivity standards.

• Navigate various systems and resources while engaging in member conversations.

• Work autonomously in a secure, distraction-free home office environment.

• Execute computer-based administrative tasks, including data entry, document interaction, and frequent phone communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits.

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Strong skills in communication, listening, and problem-solving.

• Ability to convey complex topics in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various technology platforms.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and fostering trust with members.

• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a door or equivalent means to prevent unauthorized access.

• Adequate desk space for a dual-monitor workstation and associated equipment.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 200 Mbps.

• Capable of working independently in a professional, distraction-free home office setting.

• Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems while managing member interactions.

• Strong focus, attention to detail, critical thinking, along with verbal and written communication skills.
