This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Manage the comprehensive U.S. benefits programs for Textile Exchange, overseeing open enrollment, life events, eligibility, education, onboarding, and 1095 reporting.
• Act as the main administrator for Ease while handling relationships with U.S. benefits vendors and carriers.
• Ensure the accuracy of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions in both BambooHR and vendor systems.
• Conduct audits of benefits data and address any discrepancies that arise.
• Prepare benefit invoices for the Finance department and ensure timely submission.
• Address and resolve international benefits inquiries with the Employer of Record provider.
• Review changes to international benefit plans and provide necessary approvals or feedback to the EOR.
• Create benefits documentation for onboarding and hiring processes for both U.S. and international employees.
• Oversee U.S. leave programs and collaborate with EOR partners and vendors on international leave administration.
• Maintain compliant leave policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and documentation.
• Communicate leave processes, timelines, and required documentation to employees and managers.
• Administer global time-off programs and manage configurations, accruals, and settings within BambooHR.
• Audit and reconcile time-off balances between BambooHR and external systems, including Remote.
• Support accurate payroll processing in the U.S. related to leave and time off.
• Coordinate the administration of U.S. workers’ compensation claims and annual audits.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of payroll and provide backup support as needed.
• Create and maintain resources, SOPs, and content on SharePoint related to benefits.
• Perform benefits audits, surveys, and operational process assessments.
• Identify and implement enhancements to processes concerning benefits, leave, and employee administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in benefits, leave administration, or total rewards administration.
• Familiarity with U.S. leave laws, including the ADA, paid family leave, and various state leave programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and independently manage multiple priorities.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with BambooHR and Ease/Employee Navigator or comparable systems is preferred.
• Background in working within a global, distributed team environment is advantageous.
• Prior experience working remotely is preferred.
• Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
