This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee benefit-related data management and compliance activities.
• Conduct audits in Workday to ensure data accuracy and generate reports for updates.
• Spearhead the Retro deduction process during each payroll cycle.
• Assist the global benefits team in managing Qualified Life Events and onboarding changes.
• Address benefits inquiries from colleagues, managers, and HR through Zendesk.
• Review and revise Workday benefits and demographic information.
• Submit JIRA requests and collaborate with HRIS/HRIT to amend or enhance Workday processes and data.
• Identify and manage updates to Zendesk macros for benefit-related events.
• Provide backup support to the global Benefits team.
• Potentially offer backup assistance for Leave of Absence, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Benefits Administration or HR-related roles.
• General understanding of regulations governing Benefits, especially Enrollment and Qualified Life Events.
• Strong experience with Workday navigation and Benefits modules.
• Robust experience utilizing Zendesk for ticketing.
• Workday Benefits certification or a commitment to achieve certification.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience in implementing and managing health & welfare and wellness benefit programs.
• Ability to present detailed concepts and market insights in an engaging manner.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven knowledge of health & welfare concepts, laws, and regulations, along with human resources systems and reporting tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications.
• All candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
