This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +2 more countries.
β’ Oversee the complete administration of international benefit plans throughout the EMEA region.
β’ Handle vendor implementation, conduct annual open enrollments, manage billing processes, and ensure routine data quality checks.
β’ Provide precise reporting and efficient operational support.
β’ Work collaboratively with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, colleagues in Total Rewards, and regional Human Resources teams.
β’ Track vendor performance, manage billing processes, and address complex employee issues.
β’ Ensure adherence to local statutory regulations and manage paid-time-off programs.
β’ Keep an updated compliance matrix and maintain audit-ready documentation across the region.
β’ Demonstrated experience in international benefits administration within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
β’ Strong expertise in analyzing complex data sets.
β’ Experience in managing census files.
β’ Hands-on experience with Human Resources management systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
β’ Proven skills in problem-solving, organizational adaptability, and continuous process enhancement within a matrixed corporate setting.
β’ Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
