This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual sessions with children and adolescents to teach behavioral skills through interactive interventions.

• Equip parents with effective positive reinforcement techniques.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain concise notes to monitor clients’ progress and achievements.

• Engage with clients in their homes, educational settings, and community environments.

• Utilize games, art activities, and engaging methods to instruct on emotional regulation, social skills, and coping mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Development, Sociology, etc.), OR a combination of a non-human services degree with 20 hours of child mental health training, OR an Associate degree along with 1 year of relevant experience.

• High energy, patience, and the ability to connect with youth effectively.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• Must pass a clean background check.
