This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison for external organizations and providers concerning clinical information from the Operations and Medical Management teams.

• Evaluate and conduct reviews of member clinical records and services related to behavioral health and substance use.

• Analyze and present program outcomes.

• Create data-driven analyses and metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of both existing and new programs.

• Collaborate with staff and internal as well as external departments on provider education and outreach initiatives.

• Identify knowledge gaps and design educational efforts to address them.

• Work alongside regional leadership to interpret clinical health plan reports, data, and quality incentive payments.

• Lead discussions and provide recommendations.

• Establish and oversee procedures for monitoring, identifying, and resolving operational challenges.

• Address concerns between the provider network, community, and facility, while proposing effective solutions.

• Serve as the clinical representative in various meetings.

• Collaborate with staff to discover opportunities and initiate process enhancements aimed at boosting quality and improving satisfaction for staff, providers, and members.

• Act as a resource and liaison for utilization, quality improvement, and case management activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice is required.

• Experience in assessing treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse throughout the continuum of care is essential.

• Experience in managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement is necessary.

• Must possess an LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or LMHC - Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor, or LMFT - Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, or LMHP - Licensed Mental Health Professional, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist credentials.

• State-specific licensure may be required for AZ, FL, GA, NV, SC, NC, and WA.

• Candidates must be fully licensed in the state of Georgia.

• Outpatient experience is highly preferred.

• Work hours will align with Central Standard Time (CST).
