
Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Act as a point of contact for external organizations and providers concerning clinical information from Operations and Medical Management teams.
• Evaluate and review member clinical records and services related to behavioral health and substance use.
• Analyze and present program outcomes.
• Create data-driven analyses and metrics to assess program effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with staff and both internal and external departments on provider education and outreach initiatives.
• Identify gaps and formulate as well as implement educational efforts.
• Work alongside regional leadership to interpret clinical health plan reporting, data, and quality incentive payments.
• Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations.
• Establish and oversee procedures for tracking, identifying, and resolving operational issues.
• Serve as the clinical representative during meetings.
• Collaborate to discover opportunities and initiate process changes to enhance quality and satisfaction for staff, providers, and members.
• Act as a resource and liaison for utilization, quality improvement, and case management activities.
• Complete other assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice is required.
• Experience in assessing treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care is essential.
• Familiarity with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement is required.
• LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist credentials are mandatory.
• State-specific licensure may be necessary for AZ, FL, GA, NV, SC, NC, and WA.
• Availability must align with Pacific or Mountain Time (PST/MST).
