Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough assessments and behavioral observations of clients.

• Recognize target behaviors and formulate quantifiable treatment objectives.

• Create and execute Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).

• Work collaboratively with clients aged 2–21, their families, and various service providers.

• Assess and revise preference assessments and reinforcement methods.

• Carry out rehabilitative techniques and activities as directed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.

• Deliver direct care services in accordance with ABA best practices.

• Provide appropriate supervision and leadership as necessary.

• Ensure that documentation and services meet regulatory and licensing standards.

• Maintain valid PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Possess a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling.

• Hold an active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner.

• Licensed in Pennsylvania with a scope of practice that allows for the supervision of ABA services.

• Capable of passing PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI background checks.

• Leadership and supervision experience is preferred but not mandatory.
