Beaker Solutions Analyst – Install

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record system for Acute Care member clinics.

• Collaborate with members and internal personnel to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient workflow solutions.

• Prioritize quality financial outcomes for member organizations.

• Develop, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Work together with various departments on project implementations and address member maintenance matters.

• Create and enhance technical documentation for process improvement and cross-departmental alignment.

• Cultivate proficiency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

• Proficiency in Epic Beaker certification.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical team members as well as end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused approach.

• Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Capability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Willingness to travel 10% nationally for on-site Go Live support as required by business needs.
