📋 Description

• Take ownership of team targets and pipeline metrics, converting quarterly objectives into weekly action items.

• Mentor BDRs through individual meetings, call evaluations, and messaging workshops.

• Analyze calls, sequences, and account strategies to pinpoint areas for performance enhancement.

• Foster a nurturing team atmosphere through constructive development discussions and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with AEs and Marketing on territory strategy, account prioritization, and transitions.

• Provide frontline insights to enhance team operations.

• Manage the onboarding process for new BDRs and deliver structured coaching to boost productivity.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a commercial setting.

• Experience in leading or managing a team.

• Proven success as a BDR or SDR.

• Strong comprehension of effective outbound sales techniques.

• Prior experience in coaching roles.

• Proficient in utilizing performance data to inform decisions.

• Direct communication skills with a focus on providing actionable feedback.

• Capability to collaborate effectively and recognize when broader support is needed.
