This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the BDR team and enhance demand to support HubSpot’s sales organization.
• Integrate sales and marketing efforts within the inbound sales framework.
• Provide training, coaching, and management for both new and seasoned BDRs.
• Anticipate SLAs for prospect responses and engagement.
• Enhance pipeline generation strategies and elevate the prospect experience.
• Formulate coaching techniques and strategies for team success.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, training, recruiting, marketing, and product teams.
• Utilize HubSpot dashboards, reports, scorecards, and surveys to assess effectiveness.
• Lead by example to foster a high-performance team culture.
• Oversee daily leads, activities, and responsibilities for BDRs.
• Manage the BDR pipeline generation process.
• Offer constructive feedback and conduct individual coaching sessions.
• Create sales skill development strategies and plan promotional paths.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Sustain team morale and motivation.
• Develop additional training programs for sales and inbound marketing.
• Keep updated with professional and technical knowledge of the inbound process and HubSpot.
• Minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying role.
• Previous experience in a high-volume prospecting position similar to HubSpot’s BDR role.
• Proven experience in coaching, leading, and executing a consultative sales process.
• Exceptional sales-opportunity coaching abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple objectives at once.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and results within team, sales, and programs.
• Familiarity with sales training and coaching techniques.
• Understanding of inbound marketing strategies.
• Experience in coaching across various sales models, methodologies, or processes.
• Conceptual grasp of technology functionality and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in building relationships and establishing credibility with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Prior management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
