📋 Description

• Manage and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both online and in person.

• Provide support and guidance to Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.

• Prepare and evaluate treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.

• Guarantee adherence to clinical and payer standards.

• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives for clinical development.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on various initiatives, quality assurance, compliance, and related issues.

• Deliver exceptional, data-informed clinical programs.

• Enhance and support clinical teams.

• Offer care that fosters trust within families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Current BCBA credential.

• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.

• Excellent communication and clinical leadership capabilities.

• Willingness to travel within service regions.

• Strong clinical judgment and experience in overseeing ABA programs.

• Passion for exploring innovative ABA methodologies.

• Enjoy mentoring and developing Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and clinicians.

• Dedication to high standards, ethical practices, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to lead teams while managing clinical and operational complexities.
