This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work together with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
