This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Execute behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians who are implementing programs.
• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as required.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and that services comply with both ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program offering assistance and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for ongoing support to help ensure clinical and professional achievement.
