This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Deliver clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work alongside caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards in service delivery.
β’ Offer remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload limits.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
