This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill evaluations.
• Develop, execute, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) along with other team members.
• Gather and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and track progress.
• Offer training to parents and caregivers to encourage skill generalization.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with families, educational institutions, and other service providers to guarantee coordinated care.
• Deliver direct services and manage behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based environments.
• ONLY BCBA CERTIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed as required by the state of Maryland and/or Washington, DC.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Competitive rates ($85-105 per hour - negotiable based on experience level).
