This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and guarantee that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Active BCBA certification with a good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program providing support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
