This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of clinical record evaluations and audit requests, starting with a manual approach.
• Create a living Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documenting the current processes.
• Detect opportunities for automation and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions.
• Construct and maintain an internal dashboard to track review statuses and identify gaps.
• Oversee a continuous portfolio of clinical projects alongside the Clinical Success Manager.
• Design new clinical resources and processes, uphold existing ones, and address identified gaps.
• Formulate project designs, manage execution, implement rollouts with practices, and ensure ongoing monitoring.
• Convert manual audit workflows into product specifications, test builds, and validate their effectiveness in resolving issues.
• Gather clinician feedback on tools and communicate it to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist clinical functions within Mission Control and Orbit.
• Provide support to clinicians in treatment planning, complex case management, and clinical decision-making.
• Transform recurring clinical support requirements into training, resources, or process enhancements.
• Create competency resources for BCBA and RBT, alongside professional development training.
• Utilize quality and audit data to determine training priorities.
• Track clinical quality and foster improvement using audit data, dashboards, and clinician feedback.
• Recognize trends and gaps in documentation, treatment integrity, and clinical competency, then develop training or process solutions.
• Must possess BCBA certification.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience required.
• Ideally, experience with direct oversight of RBTs and clinical supervision of other BCBAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across internal teams and engage with external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing training materials, resources, and frameworks tailored to Finni’s unique model.
• Ability to empower independent practice owners while upholding clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and ethical practices.
• Strong foundation in clinical record standards, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Clinical Standards, Google applications, messaging systems, EHR, dashboards, and data analysis.
• A passion for delivering quality autism care and supporting independent providers.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while developing frameworks and protocols.
• Ability to manage manual processes with the intention of automating them.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is essential.
