This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians implementing the programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification maintained in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with flexible work hours.
• No set minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
