BCBA, Caregiver Training Caseload

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise and ensure the integrity of ABA programs, both remotely and on-site.

• Mentor and guide Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.

• Prepare and evaluate treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation.

• Guarantee adherence to clinical and payer regulations.

• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives for clinical development.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations teams on various initiatives, quality assurance, compliance, and more.

• Provide high-quality, data-informed clinical programs.

• Foster strong, well-supported clinical teams.

• Assist families in obtaining reliable care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Active BCBA certification.

• At least two years of professional experience in ABA.

• Excellent communication and clinical leadership abilities.

• Willingness to travel within designated service areas.

• Strong clinical judgment and experience in supervising ABA programs.

• Passion for exploring innovative ABA approaches.

• Enjoyment in mentoring and developing Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and clinicians.

• Dedication to maintaining high standards, ethical practices, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to lead teams while managing clinical and operational complexities.
