This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations
• Create personalized ABA treatment strategies
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work together with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families throughout Georgia
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Completely remote position with flexible scheduling options
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads
• Absence of non-compete agreements
