This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee services meet ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Georgia.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload thresholds.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure.
