This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Address, diagnose, and resolve field service challenges for service clients.
β’ Install equipment and provide service/support to existing customers by responding to service inquiries.
β’ Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain remote drive-up systems, as well as audio and video equipment.
β’ Manage locking mechanisms including drawer locks, vaults, secure keyways, and banking-specific systems.
β’ Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic systems.
β’ Repair or replace damaged components in remote units.
β’ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components of remote, audio, and video equipment.
β’ Install, configure, and support network systems and equipment as required.
β’ Carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
β’ Mentor less experienced colleagues.
β’ Manage moderately complex remote-unit installations, including alert systems.
β’ Install new units with final connections, testing, and training.
β’ Respond promptly to customer service requests, scheduled maintenance, emergencies, and after-hours inquiries.
β’ Identify project challenges and assist in developing strategies to minimize costs and schedule deviations.
β’ Inspect completed work for adherence to specifications, requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
β’ Escalate only the most complex issues to higher levels of support.
β’ Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment as necessary.
β’ Communicate and collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Advise management on aspects such as customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques, standards, and potential product improvements.
β’ Maintain a professional image and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Proficient in at least one area of specialization: locksmithing, drive-up services, or electronics.
β’ Competent in lock work and forced entry of safes and safe deposit boxes.
β’ Knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of drive-up systems.
β’ Additional expertise in alarm systems and CCTV preferred.
β’ Strong troubleshooting abilities for malfunctioning equipment or software systems.
β’ Capable of installing, programming, testing, repairing, and servicing non-routine systems and equipment.
β’ Proficient in installing, configuring, and supporting network systems and equipment.
β’ Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks effectively.
β’ Responsive to customer service, scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service requests.
β’ Familiar with state and local regulations, best practices, and health and safety policies.
β’ Capable of inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and manufacturers' requirements.
β’ Skilled in cleaning, maintaining, adjusting, calibrating, and servicing equipment.
β’ A valid driver's license is required due to the field-service nature of the role; a CDL is not necessary.
