📋 Description

• Execute the manual criminal review process with precision.

• Cultivate expertise in consumer rights and dispute resolution.

• Support clients in comprehending and utilizing the results of screening reports.

• Assess criminal records to determine applicant eligibility and reduce client risks.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of screening software.

• Ensure adherence to Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations and federal and state consumer reporting standards.

• Handle and address client and consumer inquiries via phone and email.

• Advise clients and consumers on the subsequent steps in the screening process.

• Provide accurate and timely updates on ongoing tasks to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist colleagues with workload management and problem-solving.

• Engage in continuous training sessions and team meetings.

• Review AI outputs for factual correctness, brand consistency, and inaccuracies.

• Safeguard proprietary and personally identifiable information from unauthorized AI models.

• Create clear, contextually rich prompts using authorized GenAI tools.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.

• Capability to function in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
