• Develop realistic and challenging coding tasks that involve both feature implementation and the resolution of software bugs.

• Craft tasks that mirror authentic backend engineering situations.

• Create deterministic verifiers that can validate reasonable solutions and dismiss incorrect outputs.

• Utilize backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or other comparable languages.

• Assess code for accuracy, reliability, maintainability, and performance metrics.

• Integrate automated testing and establish clear validation criteria within coding tasks.

• Recognize and address edge cases, potential performance issues, and implementation errors.

• Employ secure coding practices and consider cybersecurity aspects as applicable.

• Significant professional experience in one or more backend programming languages, including Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.

• Proven track record in constructing scalable backend services and APIs.

• Strong skills in code review, with the capability to identify issues related to correctness, quality, and maintainability.
