📋 Description

• Develop realistic and engaging coding challenges that encompass feature implementation and software bug resolutions.

• Create tasks that mirror authentic backend engineering situations.

• Construct deterministic verifiers capable of accepting reasonable valid solutions while rejecting incorrect outputs.

• Utilize backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or similar languages.

• Assess code for accuracy, dependability, maintainability, and efficiency.

• Integrate automated testing and establish clear validation criteria within coding tasks.

• Recognize and account for edge cases, performance issues, and possible implementation mistakes.

• Implement secure coding practices and consider cybersecurity aspects where applicable.

• Enhance tasks and verification processes according to project specifications and quality benchmarks.

• Extensive professional experience with one or more backend programming languages, including Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.

• Proven experience in developing scalable backend services and APIs.

• Hands-on experience with debugging, optimizing performance, and conducting automated testing.

• Strong skills in code review, with a keen ability to identify issues related to correctness, quality, and maintainability.
