Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions utilizing .Net and C# technologies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives within an Agile environment.

• Ensure smooth integration and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

• Leverage Azure services for cloud-based development and deployment.

• Manage and enhance database systems to optimize application performance.

• Use Visual Studio tools for developing, debugging, and maintaining codebases.

• Continuously enhance system functionality based on user feedback and technological advancements.

• Support a new project initiative within the 11-Delivery department.

• Collaborate effectively within a remote team to foster project success and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service integrations.

• Experience in automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and contemporary software engineering practices.

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations, document processing, or search solutions is a significant advantage.

• Capacity to work independently in a complex enterprise environment and communicate effectively with distributed teams.

• Essential skills: C#, Azure, Agile, Visual Studio, CI/CD, .Net, Database Management.
