Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Develop and construct clean, testable, and efficient backend systems.

• Contribute to shipping customer-facing features as part of a product engineering team.

• Collaborate closely with Deployment, go-to-market teams, and clients to realize features.

• Transform repetitive setup tasks into product enhancements.

• Ensure thorough testing, quality assurance, and long-term maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer in a contemporary tech organization.

• A high degree of ownership and dedication to your work, evidenced by a strong track record.

• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and elucidating technical concepts to non-engineers.

• Capability to rapidly incorporate feedback and transform it into personal growth.

• A sense of curiosity.

• Ambitious aspirations.

• A kind demeanor.

• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or AWS is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Experience with AI features and their evaluation, or expertise in product analytics, is a bonus.
