Backend Developer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365, JIRA, and ITSM platforms.

• Model, store, and process data in graph databases.

• Design and implement mappings from source systems to a target ontology.

• Build and maintain microservices using GoLang.

• Develop REST APIs and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Develop and deploy applications utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ensure quality through unit, system, and integration tests.

• Actively collaborate within an agile Scrum team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent education.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in development using Java and Golang.

• Strong knowledge of REST API development and backend integration.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Fluent in German (C1/native).

• Good command of English.

• Significant period of residency in Germany.

• Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Assyst, Valuemation) is a plus.

• Practical experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is desirable.

• Experience with graph databases and a good understanding of ontologies and data modeling is preferred.

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum) is a plus.
