Back-End .NET Developer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver production support and technical maintenance for .NET systems, ensuring the availability and reliability of applications.

• Oversee systems and messaging infrastructure, analyzing logs, queues, and metrics to detect and resolve incidents.

• Conduct debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring defects are addressed to minimize business impact.

• Suggest and implement continuous enhancements to application code, architecture, and monitoring practices.

• Assist business teams and other technical departments in analyzing requirements and clarifying functional inquiries.

• Design and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations utilizing .NET technologies.

• Guarantee application observability by using APM tools, metrics, and centralized logging systems.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute throughout the entire application lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with .NET/C# (minimum of 3 years).

• Proficiency in relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in microservices and messaging environments such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.

• Familiarity with application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes technologies.

• Knowledge of unit testing (TDD) and design patterns.

• Experience in integrating and supporting cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Familiarity with the financial services sector and banking operations is advantageous.

• Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and SonarQube is a plus.

• Previous experience in supporting critical, highly available systems is beneficial.

• Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
