Back-End Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications utilizing Python and the Twilio platform.

• Create, set up, enhance, and test conversational workflows using Twilio Studio.

• Develop and improve chatbots and conversational automation on the Twilio platform.

• Participate in chatbot and conversational-solution migration projects, ensuring quality and continuity.

• Create and utilize REST APIs for integration with the Twilio platform and other systems.

• Integrate various systems and services.

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to integrations and conversational workflows.

• Assist in application and integration monitoring and observability efforts.

• Contribute to the development, scalability, and quality of the solutions created.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with the Twilio platform.

• Practical experience with Twilio Studio.

• Background in creating, configuring, and managing conversational workflows.

• Experience with chatbots and conversational automation.

• Familiarity with migrating chatbots and conversational solutions.

• Proficient in integrations using platform APIs.

• Experience with Python programming.

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Understanding of JSON and HTTP protocols.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and Java programming languages.

• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis technologies.

• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

• Familiar with SQL and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with conversational-solution migration projects; experience with complex system integrations; knowledge of microservices and distributed architecture; experience in high-volume, business-critical environments; and understanding of development, testing, and observability best practices.
