B2B Logistics Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist logistics analysts with administrative tasks associated with B2B logistics operations

• Evaluate open orders and authorize them for invoicing

• Daily monitoring and documentation of order flows

• Keep track of the status of orders in transit

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or currently enrolled in a related program

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level

• Prior experience in B2B logistics is advantageous

• Familiarity with BLING ERP is a plus
