B2B Lead Generation, Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and implement B2B lead generation strategies utilizing LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.

• Establish ideal customer profiles, target sectors, buyer personas, pain points, campaigns, and messaging.

• Engage in initial conversations with prospects to evaluate fit, nurture qualified leads, and transition opportunities to the sales team.

• Maintain oversight of leads post-handoff and follow up with sales regarding meeting results.

• Determine content requirements, develop materials, or coordinate with freelancers/agencies.

• Oversee lead capture, nurturing workflows, and campaign tracking within Salesforce/HubSpot.

• Track CTR, CPL, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

• Organize co-branded campaigns with vendor partners and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF).

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in marketing.

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in technology, IT services, managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or similar fields.

• Proficient in English.

• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, digital campaigns, or outbound B2B outreach.

• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Proven track record in generating qualified B2B leads and securing sales meetings.

• Highly independent, proactive, and results-driven, capable of managing the lead generation process.

• Familiarity with managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, backup/disaster recovery, cloud, or storage solutions is preferred.

• Experience with technology vendors such as Cohesity, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Cisco, AWS, or similar is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with freelancers, agencies, or external content creators is preferred.
