This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance organic B2B social media strategies, WordPress websites, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.

• Manage and publish product pages, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, news updates, forms, calls to action, menus, and downloadable content on WordPress.

• Execute on-page SEO, optimize web assets, perform quality assurance for both desktop and mobile platforms, and maintain website change logs.

• Integrate WordPress forms and landing pages with HubSpot, ensuring the accuracy of submissions, notifications, and campaign attribution.

• Create monthly organic social media calendars and distribute content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other approved channels.

• Investigate industry topics, customer issues, competitor activities, and market trends for B2B content opportunities.

• Monitor and address routine social media interactions, escalating technical, commercial, customer-sensitive, and reputation-sensitive issues as needed.

• Construct, test, schedule, and manage HubSpot emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, lists, segmentation, workflows, lead nurturing, notifications, routing, and lead scoring.

• Ensure the quality of CRM and marketing data through imports, validation, duplicate management, record maintenance, and data hygiene assessments.

• Develop dashboards and reports that encompass lead generation, attribution, campaign performance, website conversions, email engagement, MQLs, and the marketing-to-sales transition.

• Prepare EDMs and automated communications, manage audience segmentation, and track delivery, engagement, unsubscribes, and conversions.

• Analyze performance metrics using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights.

• Create monthly performance reports and recommendations, conduct controlled experiments, and identify optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, sales teams, and Australian operational stakeholders.

• Assist with product launches, customer campaigns, online reviews, company announcements, and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Offer basic HubSpot support and user guidance for marketing and sales team members.

• Maintain organized records of content, campaigns, and digital assets, ensuring version control.

• Operate independently within established plans, brand standards, processes, and decision-making rights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.

• Proven experience in building HubSpot emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows, campaigns, lead-scoring models, dashboards, and reports.

• Experience managing WordPress websites and utilizing page builders, including landing pages, forms, media, menus, on-page SEO, and quality assurance.

• Expertise in producing B2B social media content, especially for LinkedIn, and managing content calendars from concept to publication.

• Knowledge of CRM data hygiene, segmentation, lead nurturing, lead routing, and the marketing-to-sales transition process.

• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Experience collaborating with designers, sales teams, subject-matter experts, and managers.

• A portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant skills and experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Demonstrated ability in B2B copywriting, editing, and proofreading.

• A secure home office environment is essential.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Dependable computer equipment with suitable backup arrangements for power and connectivity.

• Capability to work full-time with significant overlap with Australian business hours.

• Availability to attend scheduled video meetings.
