This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee and nurture customer relationships linked to Managed Service Agreements and AWS Cloud initiatives.
β’ Delegate, supervise, and guide technical team members towards achieving set milestones.
β’ Plan, implement, and deliver cloud-centric projects, encompassing Managed Cloud Services, Cloud Migrations, Application Modernization and Development, and Well-Architected Reviews.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to outline project scope and customer objectives, manage risks, and uphold service quality.
β’ Conduct regular internal review meetings for assigned accounts to evaluate progress and tackle challenges.
β’ Juggle multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
β’ Serve as an escalation point for junior team members encountering client and system obstacles.
β’ Engage in estimating and solution engineering for new client engagements.
β’ Arrange technical consultations to enhance customers' cloud environments.
β’ Present, review, and collect feedback on final deliverables with clients.
β’ Spot opportunities for account improvement and pursue cross-sell and up-sell initiatives with the sales team.
β’ Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to surpass customer expectations and maximize return on investment.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ More than 5 years of pertinent experience in managing projects within the technology sector.
β’ Capability to establish a robust understanding of AWS Cloud Services and the broader cloud ecosystem.
β’ Strong familiarity with project management methodologies.
β’ Proven track record in prior project management and/or account management positions.
β’ Ability to deliver exceptional services and unparalleled customer experiences.
β’ Established skill in building, engaging, and managing relationships with both internal and external clients.
β’ Must obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification upon hiring.
β’ Hands-on experience in managing AWS customer environments is highly preferred.
β’ AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or SysOps Administrator are preferred.
β’ Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or a customer-facing technical account management role is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or service management methodologies is preferred.
β’ Background in cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud environments is preferred.
β’ Previous experience in professional services or consulting is preferred.
β’ Salary range of $120,000β$132,000 per year.
β’ Remote work arrangement.
β’ Travel to Rochester, NY headquarters twice quarterly.
