This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Support the development and oversight of central services.
• Collaborate with Practices, Physicians, Executive leaders, and System partners to implement improvement strategies.
• Offer leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve organizational objectives.
• Aid in centralized implementations, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Execute strategies and foster positive stakeholder relationships through effective communication and diplomacy.
• Provide programmatic assistance to the Medical Group for strategic system program development and daily management of the contact center.
• Gather and analyze data, troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, manage relationships, and assess and enhance processes.
• Suggest knowledge-based solutions and actions to facilitate quality improvement.
• Integrate and coordinate operations and resource management across various locations.
• Organize and oversee human and physical resources to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to foster transparency, trust, and dependability.
• Supervise daily operations of multiple practices through on-site practice managers.
• Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and assess clinical and operational functions to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in effective/operation group practice management is required.
• Experience with an integrated delivery system is highly preferred.
• An MBA/MHA or relevant graduate degree is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, telephony management and reporting, customer relationship management, human resource management, governance and organizational dynamics, planning and marketing, information management, risk management, and business and clinical operations.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift and handle reports and notebooks weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Proficiency in using computers, a 10-key calculator, and a telephone.
