Automotive Technician, Service Advisor, Parts Specialist – Mechanical Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming claim inquiries from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, contract holders, and other relevant parties through appropriate channels.

• Handle contacts from claims queues, as well as email and chat communications.

• Address requests from managers and lead adjusters.

• Communicate with vendors throughout the claims adjudication process as necessary.

• Support claim estimation or cost comparisons utilizing vendor resources.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the service contract, insurance, or automotive industries.

• Experience in a claims or automotive environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic automotive, insurance, or claims setting.

• Some automotive experience in a service department as a technician, service writer, or warranty administrator.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST or equivalent outside CST.

• Automotive training or experience is preferred.

• Some college education is desirable.

• Mechanical certifications (ASE) are a bonus.
