Automotive Technical Support Specialist, Dutch Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance across multiple systems, prioritizing diagnostics and root cause analysis.

• Address technical questions from Customer Dealers and internal teams.

• Assist dealers through repair procedures and ensure precise documentation of cases.

• Work in partnership with dealer technicians and internal agents to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Record cases and technical information in internal databases.

• Organize visits from Field Engineers.

• Participate in training sessions and knowledge exchange regarding products.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and dealership personnel to share observations and trends.

• Occasionally perform vehicle testing and arrange servicing.

• Escalate cases as needed, ensuring all pertinent details are included and accurately documented.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional diagnostic and repair support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive field, preferably in a senior role within a dealership workshop.

• A degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electric vehicles (EV).

• Proficient in utilizing diagnostic tools.

• HV certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4, is highly desirable.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and customer-centric approach.

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Completion of a general automotive diagnostics competency test or evaluation during the hiring process.
