Automotive Fixed Ops Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training methodologies.

• Attain expertise in data entry and essential operational functions.

• Effectively manage and conduct assigned training sessions within the primary division.

• Serve as a self-sufficient resource for software installations.

• Independently prioritize tasks and exhibit accountability.

• Address assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets promptly.

• Deliver customer service by navigating and showcasing the PBS Dealer Management System.

• Foster positive, solutions-oriented relationships with customers.

• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training requests.

• Document tickets and escalate issues to the relevant teams.

• Stay updated with the latest process documentation.

• Share knowledge across divisions and contribute to team learning and growth.

• Enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training initiatives.

• Promote a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

• Execute other assigned duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, specifically within Fixed Operations.

• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Capacity to swiftly learn and adapt to new software applications.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month.

• Valid passport required.

• U.S. visa, if necessary.

• Possession of a valid unrestricted driver's license.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• High School Diploma required.

• Experience with PBS software is highly advantageous.

• Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a significant asset.
