Automation Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate applications to confirm that the implemented changes fulfill the specified requirements.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance test automation.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels throughout the bank, including those in international locations.

• Establish the testing strategy to ensure that both business and technical capabilities are thoroughly assessed.

• Verify that applications achieve the necessary standards for quality, performance, and stability.

• Define, execute, and oversee the testing process in line with required controls.

• Foster continuous improvement to minimize the time required to attain the desired test coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a comparable credential.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or business-related fields.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Intermediate knowledge across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, and technology.

• Eligible to work in Poland.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration within the team.

• Self-motivated individual who can adapt to a fast-paced technological environment.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
