Automation Specialist – d/f/m

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Enhance Customer Care excellence by assisting in the implementation of standardized best practices throughout the region.

• Boost operational efficiency by automating workflows and refining processes.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across various regions to deliver effective solutions.

• Streamline customer onboarding by designing consistent and practical processes.

• Assist customers in adopting scalable procurement methods.

• Establish performance metrics, such as NPS, to ensure continuous improvement in the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.

• Proficiency in English, German, and Spanish.

• Several years of experience enhancing sales support or customer service workflows through data-driven, process-oriented practices.

• Advanced skills in workflow, automation, and analytics tools, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and UIPath.

• Willingness to travel – approximately 5% travel required.

• Familiarity with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences products is a plus.

• Experience with quote-to-order systems and commercial operations tools is a plus.

• Background in supporting automation or transformation initiatives within a global shared services environment is a plus.

• Knowledge of Italian and/or French is advantageous.
