This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute advanced automation workflows utilizing intricate triggers and audience creation techniques.
• Develop workflows by leveraging Salesforce entry events and relational database queries through SQL.
• Work collaboratively on customer lifecycle phases and segmentation approaches.
• Aid in the development of audience engagement strategies for clients.
• Engage in communication with team members and stakeholders regarding automation strategies, workflow goals, and performance analytics.
• Supervise active workflows and automations to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Suggest performance enhancements.
• Manage data models and attribute definitions to facilitate scalable audience segmentation.
• Assist in personalizing dynamic content for campaigns and landing pages.
• Ensure automated marketing processes adhere to legal standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong grasp of email marketing and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Current understanding of email marketing and automation trends.
• Additional experience with email service providers (ESP) such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or SharpSpring is a plus.
• Knowledge of cross-inbox and cross-device compatibility is advantageous.
• Familiarity with email authentication protocols is a bonus.
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
• Must reside in the USA.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a high level of mental focus.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
