Automation Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of operations, encompassing order management and Jira, as well as customer-facing processes.

• Advance operations towards full automation.

• Streamline business processes into standardized, tool-supported services across various departments.

• Develop monitoring systems for campaigns, funnels, and channels.

• Design management dashboards to facilitate operational decision-making.

• Set company-wide standards and reusable automation components.

• Implement automation standards throughout the team, including enabling and training team members.

• Oversee the Automation Developer.

• Act as the primary liaison for executive management, Marketing, Support, and Sales regarding processes and automation.

• Equip management with reliable and accurate data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in operations, process management, or business automation, preferably in a rapidly growing environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in automating business processes.

• A comprehensive mindset with a strong emphasis on business outcomes.

• Familiarity with modern tool stacks such as Jira, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365, or similar tools.

• Experience in deploying AI workflows in production or a willingness to engage in this area.

• Knowledge of marketing metrics and the capability to extract actionable insights for business management.

• Leadership experience or a clear ambition to assume leadership roles.

• Strong communication skills at the executive management level.

• Proficient and effective communication in German.

• Fluency in English.
