Automation, Integration & AI Technology Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee the technical design and execution of intricate integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

• Develop and execute solutions utilizing App Engine, workflow automation, and RPA capabilities.

• Assist in the design and development of portals and user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Offer expertise in the core development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions targeting Now Assist use cases and their adoption.

• Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Provide technical governance to ensure the quality of solutions, architectural consistency, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.

• Collaborate with customers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders on technical decisions and complex implementation issues.

• Advise clients on optimizing the value of their ServiceNow investment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with the ServiceNow platform in roles related to technical consulting, development, architecture, or implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Integrations and APIs.

• Extensive hands-on experience with RPA and automation.

• Solid hands-on experience with App Engine.

• Proficient hands-on experience in developing portals and user experiences.

• Strong hands-on experience with core platform development in ServiceNow.

• Comprehensive understanding of technical governance, development standards, and scalable solution design.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence as it applies to enterprise workflows.

• Experience or strong familiarity with the implementation and use cases of Now Assist.

• Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Fluency in Portuguese.
