This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, starting with Managed Services, to comprehend workflows and spot high-volume, challenging tasks.
• Streamline processes prior to their automation.
• Develop scripts, scheduled jobs, API connections, and data pipelines to reduce manual labor.
• Integrate internal tools, APIs, SQL databases, and other platforms to facilitate automated data movement.
• Evaluate processes before and after enhancements, continually refining them.
• Oversee automations, resolve issues, and ensure production reliability.
• Educate team members on new tools and workflows while documenting solutions for other teams.
• Design and create AI-driven solutions, including LLM text classification and multi-step agents.
• Utilize Cursor, Claude, or Copilot to expedite development while upholding code quality.
• Produce clean, maintainable Python code using version control, code review, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE on deployment, secrets management, monitoring, and production health.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automating and enhancing processes or developing integrations and software, preferably for a large or high-volume operation.
• Proven history of automating actual tasks and showcasing time savings, error reduction, or increased capacity.
• Proficient in Python or a similar language for scripting and integration development.
• Experience in connecting systems through APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Capability to identify process bottlenecks and redesign workflows before automation.
• Practical experience in building with AI, including implementing LLMs or agents in real-world solutions.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Working knowledge of LLM patterns, such as prompting, tool or function calling, and integrating agents into workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with non-engineering teams and articulating technical concepts in layman's terms.
• Self-motivated and adaptable when priorities change.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, particularly with live production systems.
• Valid US work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship from IntegriChain.
• Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable commuting distance to the Philadelphia office.
