Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into minor to moderately complex auto accidents and create summaries.

• Obtain recorded statements from claimants, insured individuals, and witnesses.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Negotiate and resolve claims following established best practices and guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards throughout the entire claims process.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely, customer-oriented claim management.

• Maintain thorough documentation of claim files, including clear notes, summaries, and rationale for decisions.

• Engage directly with claimants, insured parties, and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.

• Effectively resolve claims in an accurate and timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex auto claims.

• Assess coverage, establish liability, and negotiate settlements.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• The employer does not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• Applicants who possess an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and are not permitted to hold outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is essential.

• Skills in Auto Insurance Claims.

• Strong Communication abilities.

• Capability to handle High Call Volume.

• Proficiency in Insurance Claim Handling.
