This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding automobile accidents.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.
• Adjust and negotiate claims within designated authority limits.
• Utilize company systems and technology effectively.
• Collaborate to evaluate subrogation or fraud risks and determine appropriate actions.
• Apply knowledge of the company's insurance policies, the insurance sector, and internal relationships.
• Perform basic investigations related to auto claims.
• Recognize and identify vehicle body components and potential property damage.
• Understand customer needs and address them using suitable customer service techniques.
• No supervisory responsibilities involved.
• Responsible for managing auto insurance claims related to coverage, liability, and damages.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
• The company does not offer sponsorship for work visas.
• Individuals currently holding an active insurance license must cancel all existing appointments prior to onboarding.
• Adjuster applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.
• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
• Required skills include Auto Insurance Claims, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Documentation, Empathy, Insurance Claim Handling, and Negotiation.
