Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations on minor to moderately complex auto accidents and provide detailed summaries.

• Facilitate recorded statements with claimants, insured parties, and witnesses.

• Assess and analyze auto claims to ascertain coverage, liability, and damages.

• Negotiate and resolve claims in accordance with established best practices and guidelines.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to guarantee prompt and customer-centric claim handling.

• Ensure compliance throughout the entire claim lifecycle.

• Maintain claim files with comprehensive notes, summaries, and rationale for decisions.

• Manage non-represented claims and assist in achieving timely and accurate claim resolutions.

• This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

• Investigate basic and, at times, moderately complex auto claims.

• Assess coverage, establish liability, and negotiate settlements effectively.

• Adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

• Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insured individuals, and witnesses.

• Document claim files with clear notes, summaries, and explanations for decisions made.

• Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must have a dedicated, private home workspace that is free from distractions.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
