This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Schedule same-day appointments, evaluate vehicles within 24 hours, and provide estimates on-site.
• Prepare 6 to 10 estimates daily, contingent on location.
• Ensure thorough vehicle disassembly.
• Assess repair time requirements and necessary labor operations.
• Make precise decisions regarding repairs or replacements.
• Evaluate and address pre-existing damage, conducting accurate total loss assessments.
• Negotiate agreed pricing with shop decision-makers and establish time-bound completion dates in accordance with client guidelines.
• Review and validate supplement requests.
• Offer customers vehicle repair cost estimates and clarify the claims/repair process.
• Negotiate upfront fees for towing, disassembly, and storage for vehicles identified as financial total losses.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Support the quality assurance team and undertake desk appraisal tasks when not in the field.
• Independently manage the local territory and organize the workday schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in insurance or body shops is required.
• Strong technical understanding of auto appraisals.
• Familiarity with client operations and labor regulations.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with PCs, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid analytical and interpretative abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation abilities.
• Good judgment and discretion skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to function within a team environment.

• Experience with CCC One.
• Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage a local territory and structure the workday.
• Local travel as necessary.
• Required licenses as needed.
• Preferred professional certifications relevant to the business line.
• If licensing is necessary for the position, the candidate must be able to complete training and testing within 60 days.
